The path is unpredictable …..

At the moment we’ve scaled back to posting one photo a day most days during August, except Wednesday when people seem to be online, and Friday when we’ve had Guest Editors.

But then we launched our summer sale yesterday and things went crazy. We had our greatest number of visitors in a single day since launching the site at the end of June, and followed it with the busiest morning I’ve seen. Normally we get most visitors in the evening, yet this morning has seen more than some days have been during the holiday period.

So, did you all suddenly come back from holiday? Or is the deal we’re offering too good? Whatever the reason, we’re grateful for your visits. So much so that I decided to upload another picture today – there’s still one scheduled for this evening to come!

So, I saw this Andorran Road from atop a mountain and just had to capture it’s windy nature and the beautiful light. I’d driven up in the darkness for the morning light and got many rewarding views of this part of the Pyrennees. Essential to me in this scene was not losing the road at any point as it winds up through the image.
