It was me upside down – not him

No – not really. Obviously.

All too infrequently I enjoy getting together with other photographers just to wander round the streets of London and take photos of anything and everything that we see. It’s a great way to meet up with other like-minded people and also to really spend time just enjoying creating images and practising skills.

We were lucky on one of the walks to come across a group of street performers/acrobats who were practising their skills. The group were just outside the National Theatre and the difference between the traditional form of entertainment and this looser performance was really quite symbolic. It was fantastic to watch them flipping, jumping and tumbling and they were happy to have us spend time trying to get images which really showed their talent and just capture the spirit of fun that we were lucky enough to share for a few minutes.
