An unfair stereotype

As Darren has already said the stereotype of the hyena as a cruel, ruthless scavenger is unfair on this beautiful, intelligent creature.  But this photo of a cub yawning really does nothing to dispel the myth.  He’s clearly an evil beastie laughing at some piece of opportunistic scavenging.  And they say the camera never lies….
